ABOUT ME
Harvey is an experienced Entertainment Technical Manager with a proven track record of success in managing technical operations in the entertainment and cruise industry. He has over 15 years of experience and has held various positions, including Technical Director, Sr. Project Stage & Production Manager, Technical Owner Supply and Procurement Manager, Production Manager, Audio & Visual Manager, and most recently, Manager of Technical Operations at a large International Cruise Line.

As Manager of Technical Operations, Harvey was responsible for managing the safety of all performer flying and automation, daily Technical Operations & Maintenance of all Entertainment areas & equipment both shipboard and the shoreside studio. He provided leadership, guidance & training for all technical vendors, studio technicians, shipboard technicians and operators and ensured that performance, inventory, and maintenance standards were kept to by all employees.

Harvey is an expert in operational and capital budget management, operational innovation and management, strategic planning and execution, talent acquisition, development & coaching, concept development & implementation, and 3rd party & vendor relationships.
He has managed budgets of up to $20 million and has a proven ability to drive and manage the creation of scenery, video, props, and programming of all technical elements for new entertainment installs and revitalizations.

Harvey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Theater and Performance Design & Technology from The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts. He is a strategic and outside-of-the-box thinker who excels at being hands-on. One of his greatest strengths as a leader is developing and coaching. Harvey is able to lead highly engaged teams by building trust and investing in others.
